Squarespace support pricing & payment
We believe in fair and transparent pricing, so we charge based on our hourly rate of £80/hour.
So we are offering quick help sessions if you are stuck on something or need help with a specific issue. These quick help session are for 30 minutes with a flat rate fee of £40.

How long will the session take?
The session will typically last 30 minutes. During the booking process, you will complete and return a form to us. On the form we require a link to your Squarespace site and a list of questions you want to ask. Before the scheduled meeting, a zoom link is sent to you.
If I secure for session, what is the cost?
In order to book a slot, you will need to make a full payment of £40. Payment is in Pounds Sterling and you can make payment via credit cards or Paypal.
What exactly is included in the session?
30 minutes to answer your questions with regards to Squarespace Designs, Search Engine Optimisation, Third Party Plugin Integrations, Mobile Responsiveness, Database Integrations, Bespoke Development, Coding, Custom CSS and more.
Is payment refundable?
Yes payment is refundable based on certain time limits.
100% of the payment will be refunded 14 days prior to the scheduled session date.
50% of the payment will be refunded 7 days prior to the scheduled session date.
Within 24 hours of the scheduled session date, the payment will not be refunded.
What happens after booking a quick help session?
Once you have booked your quick help session, I will review the information you have provided via the booking form such as the website link and questions. 24 hours before the scheduled meeting, a zoom link will be sent to you.
Can I change my scheduled call date after I have booked?
You can reschedule your quick help session date, however, the refund policy will apply.
